A large scale model of the TATRA T-815 military truck. Motorized using the power functions elements.

This is actually my first power functions serious model ever! A fter getting the 8275 motorized bulldozer I used Its parts for the tatra. It is powered by 2 XL motors in a ratio about 1:7. the first gear was an 8 tooth gear, it always snapped and broke under pressure. Which limited the truck’s abilities. Each wheel is suspended independently and all of them are driven. The front 2 axles steer. The suspension modals are basically the same as my old NXT tatra 8×8 accept the steering mechanism, In my opinion the new one in much more reliable and, well, good. I think I did quite a good job for the exterior of the truck. All parts used for the exterior are from the bulldozer set. I saw once that the polish truck trial rules say that the truck must have working fake piston engine. I didn’t have that much space so I added a V2 engine .
