Hi,
I present my newest Truck GINAF F 480 8x8x8 agriculture version built for Polish GP Mazovia TrTr competitions.
This truck is full of pneumatic systems. There are 3 airtanks and two electrovalves activated by the remote control. Pneumatics are used for gears changing (4 small pneumatic cylinders), for lifting driver’s cab (2 big pneumatic cylinders) and extra pneumatic valve for pumping foreign pneumatic systems. Pressure gauge is used for checking how many times I can change the gear.
On board: 2 linear gear boxes with ratio 1:3 and 1:9
4 steering axes with 4 PF medium motors
Pneumatic compressor with 1 RC motor and 2 small pneumatic pumps. Compressor is activated by the remote control.
3 lights and soft rubber chairs on board
V8 fake motor sounding like old Russian diesel
Winch is activated by the remote control (ratio 1:24)

What kind of suspension did you use? Dont those pneumatic system add a lot of weight?

I use standard absorbers from 8880.
Near first axis there are two dumpers with extra spring.

Thanks sam42. I’m quite satisfied with posibilities that GINAF has in heavy terrain.
But, now I’m working on a new truck project, that will be much better than this GINAF. I hope so... :)

Very nice truck indeed :) unfortunatly, my office prevents me from viewing videos at work, but i assume its Offroad capacities are very good! Your new project will be as big, or on a smaller scale ?

A little smaller but it will be a GINAF 8x8x8 too :)
Maybe I will built a cab in other colour than yellow.... maybe.

Hi, your truck is awesome!
In the new truck, where did you place the steering motors? was it inside the axle?
In the new truck as well, were the XL motors places between the axles as shown on brickshelf or in another place?
I had a couple of questions in my mind so,
Thanks,
yoraish.
